Crimson against an Indigo Spill

IMG_0003Gorgeous painting by Kim Nelson

Your will
………………..cries out in
purple
……..perfect
majesty.

But see, I’ve got this heart
………………………….and it’s fractured and frayed
and broken and parts of it
………….haven’t spoken in years.

Still,
you hold it soft at center
……………………………adore its every off
beat song and remind me
again
…………..that I’ve been Yours,
…………………………..all along.

Such a stunning piece of art, but no more beautiful than the accompanying poetry. De, your words sing.

  9. De, perfect accompaniment here.

Use your words.
