love the calculations- math I’ve found lends itself and its advanced concepts and theories so well to the philosophical avenues in poetry. Short piece here, but you painted a clear picture in a really nice way. Enjoyed the read. Nice job. Thanks
Numbers don’t lie – but they can suffer terrible abuse at the hands (and tongues) of those who want to use them to bolster their own positions (and egos). I think it was Mark Twain (when in doubt blame Twain!) who said, “There are lies, damn lies, and statistics.” Sadly it’s all too true.
