Please

Don’t
………………………………….cut down these trees
and unflow her seas
…………………………………….endanger the breeze of her
gentle sighs,

hazard her sunrise smile
or while
………………….away
unwave-wooed hours
……………………….stirred-up showers of
saltwater, song
……………………………and
………………………sweet
…………………………………………..silence.

Written for Three Word Wednesday. Also shared at Poetic Asides for the “plea” prompt.

“unflow her seas…hazard her sunrise smile” You are amazing :-)

  2. This is a beautiful plea. I love “unflow her seas…hazard her sunrise smile”. Beautiful.

  3. This does sound like a mean thing to do to her: “Don’t cut down these trees and unflow her seas”

“endanger the breeze of her” … Mmmm. I like “the breeze of her” … as is she herself is the breeze.

Oh that sweet silence. Don’t anyone mess with that.

  4. I forgot about three-word wednesday. I need to make myself a prompt list for my sidebar again. :)
