….
I have stumbled
…………………a thousand
and one
broken miles
………………….to find you.

Please
…………………………walk these veins
and trace my lanes
………………………………….and trail my world
…………behind
you.

Hmm. I would adore this if you didn’t remind me of the relationship to cobbling. Eke! But it still attracts me. Do you know this children’s bus and clapping song?

    “Oh little playmate,
Come out and play with me,
    And bring your dollies three,
    Climb up my apple tree,
    Slide down my rainbow,
    Into my cellar door,
    And we’ll be jolly friends,
    Forever more, more, more!”

The first stanza is fantastic, especially the creativity of the first four lines.
