Blue Friday Poems

Don’t hate me. I’m in Lake Tahoe for Thanksgiving weekend. Thus, these:

Blue Friday

…..Brave
the waves
…..of crowds
all you want,
.
…………………I’ll take
………………….the Lake.

Pining Away

These trees know how to
stop, collect the sun’s last
rays.

They’d rather browse a breeze
than shop; put indigo sky on
layaway.
