Look Out: Laughter Ahead

I’m gonna let my guard down now,
gonna set these giggles free.
I’m gonna loose this stifled grin,
I hope you will join me.

I’m gonna guffaw in ardent awe
of a Father who loves me.
I’m fixin’ to chuckle, unbuckle these chains
and set my tired heart free.

  1. My resolution is to read more great poetry, and I’m starting here!
Sorry for “liking” everything – you must not think I’m very discerning, but really, I am amazed by all you write. I love receiving your poems in my e-mail and am sorry I do not comment and visit very much anymore. You are TOO GOOD to be ignored, however, and I wanted to let you know! Happy New Year to you and yours!

Hi, you! Thank you so much for all of your awesome comments. They mean so much.
Hey, you haven’t seen our Jasmine girl around, have you? I have private emailed her multiple times in the past couple of months…to radio silence. I miss her so much it aches. Praying she’s okay.
