Following Margo over to Oulipost for an Inventory (parts of speech) challenge.
Original article here. ..
By the way, a Toloache is an edible insect.
Might be a pain, but you’re so good at it. I did have to take a moment to get something to eat but then i reread with even greater enjoyment.
Let’s see, tomorrow is your busy day. The prompt sounds much harder than it is: Find a piece of syntax in your paper and replace with other words, same syntax. As many as you can. Example given ‘An Oulipian! Be wary!’ — we should be so lucky as to find that particular one. Then just string them out ‘A poem! Watch out!’. There is a second option that says take a paragraph or short article and following the syntax, replace everything. I’m not sure that sounds particularly fun.
Awww. You’re so sweet to remember.
And thank you for the kind words.
This one made me hungry!
Right? The original article will make you even hungrier. 😉
