The world of poetry – and humanity itself – will miss her dearly.

    I loved this and will miss Dr. Angelou very much. The world feels chilly without her right now. I am glad for the warmth of her words and yours.

    Agreed. There will always be someone somewhere to hate everything we ever do. We must learn not to care.

    I like the way you use “Love” as both a verb and a term of endearment.

  4. What a great and apt tribute. I like that “fly” is backwards and diagonal…. we should all fly in our own direction, sing our own songs.
