Shrinking Down to Silence

.

Forgive me my lost
muchness, my lost touch
with all in
-sanity. I find that I can
only listen now to stars,
the twinkling inklings
of this sage sky. I
also think these trees
have some small thing
to say, and if I dwindle
down small, dim
-inish my own skin,
I might find a quiet
slice of sigh, a place
to be
-gin again.

They can certainly contribute in any small ways. One cannot dismiss these elements that might provide a solution however small! Rightly said De!

Really love the word flow here. Wondered about the ‘gin’ in the last line and wondering if that can cause a person to lose his ‘muchness.’ But being able to listen to the stars is definitely a good thing! Smiles.

  10. Oh I adore the slice of a sigh.. delicious words De…

    to begin again.

One often finds the going might be facing obstacles along the way. It is a wise thing to break them up into little pieces and begin to find some openings. It may turn out to be a big sigh that one discovers. Great thoughts De!

Quietness can make it feasible to begin anew again. It allows one .to consider various options without pressure
