Not to mention we can never quite see them out of the corner of our eyes.
Right? Wily little suckers…
This delightful De ~ Love that petaled secrets ~
I found your tiny poem at the end of all the other ones and it was worth the wait! A tiny petalled secret, De style!
I liked the idea of putting secrets into pockets.
lol! oh this is such fun!
Everybody will desire lots of goodness. But somehow there is not much to go around!

Maybe that’s why i never do any good at gardening, thanks Whimsy. Garden gnomes will keep them at bay
Oh, do NOT even get me started about the gnomes.
They are in the class of pink flamingos and other tacky yard art.
Oh! The flamingos? They LIE. Constantly. With their blushing pink faces and their too-long legs. Liars, all.
I knew there was a reason that you cannot see them… Wonderful and Peter Panish.
A whimsical poem indeed! 😀
Hey, I see them every day. And you’re SO right about the pockets. Mine wear multi-secret-compartmented overalls, smattered in paint.
Seriously, I love this poem. It’s a perfect example of why/how to execute a micro-poem, squeezing every little drop out of each word. You know what you’re doing, girl.
Speaking of words, do you think I should change “way” to “far”? Now when I read it I feel like I have to do a Wayne’s World impersonation. 😉
What about “oh so many”?
Love this. Totally love it.
a very cute piece. Would work lovely in a book of children’s poems 🙂
Those pockets made me chuckle!
