Wonderful.. I love the idea of photographing you fridge poetry. May I steal your idea? Can’t believe I’ve never thought of it. You might start a trend!
More importantly, I love love your tender and quirky poem. I’m going to go to my fridge and write one for my mom right now…and also reblog yours if I can figure out how to do so. WordPress must have once again changed the process as I don’t see any reblog button anymore. Happy mother’s day to you and all that are mothers, have had mothers or are lucky enough to still have mothers!
oops… Just realized that reblogging your poem now puts me ahead of you in the Reader and might deflect some viewers from your blog if they read your poem in my blog first–so I’ve trashed the reblog.Perhaps instead I’ll do my own fridge poem, giving you credit for the idea and just put a link to yours..Let me know if this is okay. I don’t want to step on any toes.
Aha, Shawna… I didn’t know there was a website. I used the actual magnets on my fridge, which was sort of limiting. I had to cut some of them up to form words. Ha. Then I took an actual photograph. Here is the link to my poem. https://judydykstrabrown.com/2016/05/08/fridge-ink/
Will you post your comment on my blog as well? This opens the entire thing up to everyone!! Thanks for your comment.
i just posted mine with a link to yours so you will get the views. I asked others to write magnetic tributes to their moms and sent links to their poems to you and me via comments. This is so fun, Whimsy. Thanks for sharing your great idea.
Got here via Judy’s post mentioned above. Brilliant idea. Just went over to the website to play myself and had too much fun. Might become a replacement for my MahJong game playing time in the near future!

She’s using this web site:
http://magneticpoetry.com/pages/play-online
She works up her poem magic and then takes a screen shot to insert into her post. Groovy, huh? You’ll love it. It’s way fun.

Of course it’s okay! Share in any way you’d like! (You can also probably screenshot mine, to share as a “reblog” on your own site.) 🙂
Thanks, Shawna. On my last two mag poems, I shared the link. Forgot this time. 😉

“smiles in tiny quiet sky flowers” … are you kiddin’ me?! I LOVE that!
Plus also that your title secretly means she’s on her period. :X
Happy Mother’s Day. 🙂

I’m so glad! Heading your way now to read. 🙂
But alas, I played but didn’t take screenshots. Will once I create something pic worthy haha and perhaps post it too.
😉 Be sure to let me know when you post a magnetic poem. I would love to read. 🙂
