Any Other Name

Rise up and call yourself
strange, unchained
from sky and sea and song.

Moniker your soul with thorny
crown, held down by silence.

Stem the sweet, sweet smell
of somethingness;
give
up
up
up
and fill your cup,
revel in the way you
………………….rose.

The bar’s open over at dVerse, with a new Quadrille word dance.  Come play!

    up
    up
    and fill your cup.”
